Booth

When will we receive the floor plan?

The floor plan will be provided together with the exhibitor information in September.

When will the exhibitor information be sent out?

The exhibitor information will be sent out to all registered exhibitors in September, together with the floor plan.

When can we order electricity, furniture, carpeting, or other booth equipment?

Along with the exhibitor information and booth plan, you will also receive the exhibitor requirements questionnaire, including all prices, in September. You can then conveniently place your individual order.

Demonstrations at the booth

How can I book a Meet the Experts session?

Presentations at the booth/Meet the Experts sessions are available for a fee and require the use of headphones for the audience. Information on booking a Meet the Experts session can be found in the DWG 2026 sponsor handbook. Please contact us for further information.

Catering

Is it advisable to offer catering at your own booth?

Yes, booth catering is highly recommended.

Attractive booth catering is a worthwhile investment and a key success factor for your trade fair appearance. It attracts visitors, encourages conversation, strengthens your brand image, increases the length of time visitors spend at your booth, improves lead quality, shows appreciation to existing customers, and motivates your own team. Overall, stand catering can therefore make a significant contribution to improving the long-term success of your trade fair appearance.

There is no obligation to hire the NCC Ost catering partner. You can also offer your own catering without selling it at the booth. Information on a possible corkage fee arrangement will follow shortly.

Yes. Food, snacks, and drinks for your booth can be ordered directly from Lehrieder Catering-Party-Service GmbH & Co. KG.

We would like to take advantage of the opportunity to hold a booth party on Wednesday, December 9. How much will this cost?

The cost depends on the individual arrangements for your booth party. You can contact the NCC Ost caterer (Lehrieder Catering‑Party‑Service GmbH & Co. KG) directly to obtain a specific quote. They will be happy to advise you on suitable options and provide you with a customized quote.
